Tommy started in the business of Overhead Rack installation in 2006, when very few people knew what  overhead racks were. He started at the bottom of the ladder, as Employee #1 for the flagship dealer of the top volume company in the Overhead Storage Rack business.  His combination of customer skills, knowledge of residential framing, design sense, and commitment to quality work made him ideal as an Overhead Rack installer.

After 5 years as a company employee, Lead Installer and  New Dealer Trainer, he became an independent contractor, fulfilling delivery and installations both for his former employer and for the general public. By that time, he had already cultivated a clientele which generated a large percentage of our total volume in repeat and referral business.
